Eager to examine electronic music’s role beyond the club, Soft Touch is an exposition of emotion and personal triumph. Kissay returns to a piano foundation, weaving soft synthwork into a dynamic multigenre composition that reflects clear artistic maturation.

The two track EP leads with the steady beat progression of Grand Gesture. The driving rhythm is contrasted with the choice of subdued drums, intentionally provoking the gentle melodies to capture our attention.

L B A, or Let’s Begin Again, is an exercise in 140 BPM storytelling. It’s chord-play accomplishes a complex expressiveness while maintaining the signature arpeggios and percussive quirks that have come to accompany the many evolutions of Kissay.
